When you've been in business for a while you learn a few things about your customers. And over the last few years we've had the unfortunate job of informing numerous customers of what they owe for various freak accidents ending in a damaged fetal doppler (chewing dogs, spilled sodas, mishandling, etc..). With this in mind we've come up with an option for those of you who are, shall we say, accident prone. INSURANCE! So, not that listening to your baby's heartbeat isn't peace of mind enough, now for only $19.95 you won't need to stress about what your Karma has in store for you this week - at least as far as your fetal doppler goes.
Your one time $19.95 payment will fully insure your fetal doppler against accidental damage while in your possession. This is a one time fee available only at the time of rental and is not retroactive . Your purchased policy will cover you for the length of your rental, regardless of length. This insurance policy does not cover loss and only applies to rentals.
If your account should become delinquent (missed payment) for any reason you will have invalidated your insurance policy. So be sure that your credit/debit cards are current and pay on time!
**All fetal doppler rentals are covered by a full manufacturers warranty against defects. If you're doppler is not working upon receipt because of a manufacturers defect, contact us immediately and we will replace it at no charge to you.
